The Japanese cartoon peripheral products sold in SIZE GIFT SHOP (both of online shop and physical store) are all 100% genuine products, and quality guarantee which are imported from Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and Australia. No matter how some products may OEM in China, Vietnam, Cambodia and other countries, all the cartoon character items which sold in our store are authentic and original products.
  3. The products sold in our store are all air-freighted monthly from Japan to New Zealand. Thus, we reserve the right to alter prices for the changes in exchange rates at any time. Besides, the quantity is limited, and some products cannot be re-ordered while they are finished.
  4. Every effort has been made to ensure that the images/colours for the products displayed on the website are as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that images exactly represent actual products or packaging, and the actual colours you see when using the website depend on the monitor or display interface you are using. We are continuously working on improving the website and reserve the right to change product images at any time without prior notice. And this cannot be the reason to ask for to do the refund/exchange.

We reserve the right to alter, modify or update these terms of use. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders. Each time you use sizegift.co.nz you are agreeing to the terms and conditions applicable at that time. We provide a link to these Terms & Conditions at the bottom of every page of the website. 

Refund & Exchange

  1. The products will be inspected before shipment from our store. If the customer needs to replace new products due to damage during freight, user error or the damage occurs due to circumstances out of our control. The customer will be responsible for payment of returned postage. Also, items which are bought from online shop cannot be replaced by the items in the physical store. However, when the item to be replaced is sold out, we will notify you to replace the item of the same value.
  2. We do not provide remedy for customers who change their mind. Before you place an order, please choose carefully. Once you placed an order, we assume that you read and accepted the Term & Condition.
  3. Any faulty items “can only” exchange for other goods of the same value. (Except the items on sale and pre-order.) To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and we will need to be notified within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
  4. For the hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund/ exchanged the following items: piercing jewellery, earrings, necklace, hair accessories, socks, slippers, pajamas, cushion, plush, bath towel, towel, blanket, T-shirt and all other clothing.

Pricing & Postage

  1. All prices and delivery charges on our site are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include New Zealand GST (Goods Service Tax, 15% sales tax). We reserve the right to alter prices and delivery charges for any reason at any time. If this should happen after you have placed an order, we will contact you prior to processing it. The postage will be used for NZ courier tracking. Delivery is not available during the weekend and public holiday.
  2. Free postage applies to orders above $80 NZD within Auckland area.

Orders/Cancelling Orders

  1. Pre-order and/or back order items cannot be cancelled or ask for refund with any reason. And it must be pre-paid 50% deposit. While the items arrived, then pay the others. If the items are not available anymore, then the deposit will be refunded.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgment, to be placed for commercial purposes (e.g. any kind of commercial reseller). We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgment, to have been placed fraudulently. We also reserve the right to limit the number of an item customers can purchase in a single transaction.
  3. All prices are correct when published. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices at any time for any reason. Online and in store pricing may differ, including reflecting any sales and promotions specific to either in store or our Website. Unless expressly stated, sale prices are not available in conjunction with any other offer.
  4. We reserve the right to correct all errors and omissions (whether clerical, computational or otherwise) in any advertising, quotation, invoice or acknowledgement.
  5. If you purchase a product for an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel your order (regardless of whether you have made payment). Should this occur, we will refund the amount paid by you in relation to the cancelled order.

About the Allergies of Fashion Accessories

The problem of allergies depends on the acceptance of the material by the individual’s constitution, and there is currently no 100% anti-allergic material. High-purity silver, titanium, and surgical steel can greatly reduce the occurrence of allergies, but buyers still need to understand what materials are suitable for their own constitution. Please confirm whether you are allergic to metals before purchasing accessories. You are prone to allergies; please do not place an order lightly due to hygiene issues. Once an order is placed, allergies cannot be used as a reason for asking refund or exchange.

Jurisdiction

The laws of New Zealand apply to these terms and conditions. Any dispute arising in relation to these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with New Zealand law.
